When signing up for any samples and offers, it is best to use an alternate email address for direction of emails, because its possible to receive more than you want. You may receive emails about other offers that are not FREE so please read all material carefully. Also look to make sure postage is free. I have checked out the links below to make sure they are indeed free. At most you have to sign up for a news letter to receive information about their products or receive their catalog or fill out a short survey.
