What is Web Design?

By definition: Web Design is the design or designing of a Web page, Website or Web application. The term generally refers to the graphical side of Web development using images, CSS and XHTML.

You must have basic knowledge of HTML coding or you can use a Web Design program (software/program that does the HTML coding for you) to help you make a web page or Web Site.
